We did this GRAND PEARL HARBOR + CITY TOUR. Our driver was Michael. He was okay. It was basically a quick ride through Honolulu streets and to the Pearl Harbor memorial. So basically, you are paying for a ride to/from your hotel to see the Arizona memorial. If you want to save money, do it on your own.
