Performance times are 10AM, 3 PM AND/OR 8 PM depending on the day. We are located at 3455 W. 76, Branson MO, 65616 AMAZING ACROBATS OF SHANGHAI takes audiences on an enchanting journey through the orient with beautiful costumes, scenery, and the unbelievable art of acrobatics at the Grand Shanghai Theatre. Each performer brings to the stage their own unique training and talent; from precision skating to foot juggling, aerial acrobatics, human strength to the flight of the butterfly lovers. All ages will be delighted by the breathtaking performances, edge of your seat thrills, and lighthearted laughter. Amazing Acrobats of Shanghai is a treat for both the mind and soul. The excitement of Shanghai comes to life before your very eyes in this astonishing show…… their largest variety show ever.........Branson’s Best Acrobat Show!

We loved this show! We were there on a Wednesday night and it wasn’t very full. Before the show, I wasn’t too surprised, I mean, Wednesday, right? But after the show, it was like...why?!? The host was funny and engaging, and did magic tricks, and well, just some weird stuff, to keep the show moving along. The performers were super talented, energetic, and it just seemed like they were enjoying themselves. One performer specifically (Rachel, I believe) did contortions. It kinda freaked me out, honestly. I can barely touch my own toes. But it was super cool and my kids were like “Mom, how can humans even do this???” My ONLY criticism is that, with COVID, there should be more distance between the seating. There was plenty of room in the theater, so they should’ve just spread the audience out or at least informed people at the door that they could move around if they wanted to. We kept our masks on the whole time, but most of the folks around us weren’t masked because Branson just lifted it’s mask mandate. Even my husband clapped and laughed and really had fun! When we were driving home and asked the kids their favorite part of the vacation, two of the three said “The acrobat show!” And they’ve been playing with their yo-yo thingies since we got home. Great place to go, great show, fun atmosphere, highly recommended! 10/10 (Pro Tip: You may not see ALL the tricks they advertise on the night you go. I’ve seen some folks gripe that they didn’t see that trick or this trick, but I’m sure that certain performers only do certain tricks and they might need a night off once in a while. I mean, it’s not waiting tables where someone can just cover for you. “Oh, hey, can you stack up 10 chairs and balance on top of them for me Tuesday?” Just enjoy the show, it’ll be good anyway.)

I have spent my entire life seeing live shows. I have never in all of my years seen a more entertaining show will a smaller budget. These individuals do more with less than anyone I have ever seen. The acrobats in this show are truly amazing and I would love to see what they could do in a big-budget show. This is worth checking out for sure
