BrushBuck Wildlife Tours
After early morning pickup from your Jackson Hole hotel, your naturalist guide takes you into Grand Teton National Park. Even in the quiet of a snowy winter, wildlife can be spotted in the park and your guide knows where to look for animals. On any given day, you could see moose, bison, bighorn sheep, elk, mule deer, bald eagles, golden eagles, pronghorn, coyotes, or even wolves as you explore the park. At midday, come in from the cold to enjoy lunch in the famous western cowboy town of Jackson, Wyoming. After lunch, head back outside for a horse-drawn sleigh ride at the National Elk Refuge. Snap social media–worthy pics of the large herds as your guide explains how the elk migrate from the surrounding area to the refuge, a 24,700-acre (9,996-hectare) winter sanctuary to 47 different mammals and nearly 175 species of birds such as trumpeter swans and bald eagles. At the end of a memorable 8-hour tour of this winter wonderland, your guide returns you to your hotel where your tour ends.

Such a memorable day from start to finish- our tour guide was knowledgeable and we saw so many different animals such as coyote, elk, bighorn sheep, and bald eagles. The sleigh ride was beautiful and you pull right up along side the elk! Would definitely recommend Brushbuck tours again- a second time we have used them.

🚐 Our family of 3 (including our 2.5 year old) 👦🏻 took the 4-hour private dusk tour (6am-10am). Cade and Pat (trainee) we’re our tour guides. Cade was a wildlife lover and chaser, and Pat was a biology graduate. Together, they shared so much knowledge about the area and the wildlife. We saw bison, antelope, moose and their calves, coyote, elk, and various bird species. 🦬 And, lots of beaver 🦫 dams. 🌾🪵🌱 📸 It was a rainy morning, and valued the convenience of having a driver/guide. We toured Yellowstone on our own and driving, parking, and wildlife chasing is not as easy, nor convenient (especially with a little one). Cade and Pat knew all the places to go, set up viewing points with their scope that included video tapping and photos (shared at the end of the tour with us). 🌧☔️ Binoculars, drinks, and snacks were included. 🥤🥨 We also made bathroom and coffee stops! ☕️ We had a great time. Cade and Pat made it easy and fun! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 My parents are visiting in July, and we will definitely recommend BrushBuck Wildlife Tours.
