What To Expect
1
Grand Teton
The majestic, awe-inspiring Teton Mountain Range of the Rockies is the western edge of Grand Teton National Park and Jackson Hole. With no foothills before them, these rugged 11,000-13,000+ peaks rise straight up from the Jackson Hole valley below.
2
Mormon Row Historic District
This historic area features the iconic Moulton barns and other original structures built by several Mormon homesteaders in the early 1900s.
3
Oxbow Bend
This bend in the Snake River is the definition of serenity, featuring a stunning view and reflection of Mt. Moran of the Teton Mountain Range in the still water. We often see white pelicans, trumpeter swans, blue herons and occasionally beaver, fox and grizzly bears.
4
Jackson Lake
Fed by the Snake River from the north, this magnificent lake rests at the base of the Tetons and is a recreational haven for boaters, fishermen, paddlers and campers.
5
Jenny Lake Overlook
Named after a Shoshone Indian woman, this glacial moraine jewel at the base of the Tetons is absolutely gorgeous and a must-see!
6
Schwabacher Landing
Enjoy the sunset with the Teton's reflection in the still water and walk to the beaver ponds where the critters are usually busy.

Book this trip last minute & so glad we did! Cassidy was such a fun tour guide, despite the rainy start to the evening. Tour was great for all five members of the family, including kids ages 16, 9 & 8. We were able to see lots of wildlife including tons of bison crossing the road right in front of us! Sunset was incredible from on top of the mountain looking over the Tetons. Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the tour and our guide Clara was excellent - really related to our adolescent grandchildren. Prior to the actual tour, however, the experience was difficult. We needed to change our credit card for the charge and make the dinner order but the company's voicemail was full; the message said to text him. We did that on several occasions but he never got back to us. Then there was a mix-up in the pickup location; however, Clara was very helpful and patient with it.

Glad to hear that the tour was great, and thank you for the feedback on the communication prior to the tour--we are always looking to improve so will make changes in that area. Glad Clara was helpful and that the mix-up was straightened out. Thank you!

The tour is shorter than expected. Only saw four kinds of animals. No bear. Stone is a good tourist but this trip is not a wildlife tour in fact.

We are sorry that you did not have the experience you hoped for. To address a few of your comments: The Sunset tour is advertised as 4-5 hours. Stone picked you up at your hotel at 4:25pm and you were dropped back off close to 9pm for a total of 4.5 hours as promised. Seeing lots of wildlife is a goal of this tour, as well as enjoying the Teton scenery. Since wildlife is wild it is difficult to know what we will see in advance, especially if you were hoping for a bear since they travel freely and appear at random times we can't predict. On this tour you did see over a hundred bison, blue heron, elk, hawk, pronghorn and a fox. Glad to hear that Stone is a good tour guide and hope those reading this can see that the Sunset tour is in fact a wildlife and scenic tour.
