Do not book through this company! They cancelled our reservations with less than 24 hours notice. The explanation they gave was that there weren’t enough people to move forward. This seems unlikely since every tour in Jackson Hole was booked solid. If there weren’t enough people, why did they charge my credit card the day before and send me a confirmation? If I had canceled on them, with less than 24 hours notice, they would have kept my deposit. Shouldn’t I receive the same consideration from them. When you book a vacation and plan a weekly itinerary for your visit, this type of cancellation is not only inconsiderate and bad business but it really make a mess of your schedule. Avoid them at all cost. There are much more reputable tours in Jackson Hole. Even better, for 10 dollars, download the Gypsy Guide app on your phone and drive the tour yourself. This is what we did and it was awesome. You move at your own pace and you won’t be rushed at every stop!

I want to personally apologize for having to cancel at 1:00 PM on the day prior to your scheduled tour. We regret having to do so, especially knowing this was an important part of your vacation itinerary. I am so sorry you did not have the experience you hoped based on all of our positive reviews! As stated in our tour description there is a minimum number of guests required in order to operate. We never like having to cancel a tour; however, your reservation for two guests fell short of our four guests minimum. We had a party of six guests cancel from the tour at the last minute and although they were within our 24-hour cancellation period, we did extend a full refund due to their circumstances. With only two remaining registered guests we made the difficult decision to cancel. We have reflected on each of the points you mentioned in your review, as we are always striving to provide a top-quality experience which, until now, is the feedback we have been receiving. Please know that such a negative review on TripAdvisor is a setback for our small business during challenging economic times. Because we work very hard and always try to do our very best on each tour, we truly regret we were unable to provide you with the same. Regardless, we thank you for your honesty and for challenging us to take pause.
