The office was clean and the service was so friendly. We had such a wonderful time on the Snake River with this tour. We ended up being the only two tourists, which was so unexpected and a wonderful treat. It was such a relaxing afternoon on the water. Will was our guide, very knowledgeable and such a fun guide. I would highly recommend this tour and this company in particular. It really is a top notch operation.

The best part of the trip was the scenery and seeing an eagle snatch a fish just a few feet from the boat. We love rafting rivers and having a guided experience when we visit a new place, but this one didn't wow us. Perhaps we didn't read about this trip thoroughly; we had hoped that the float was through Grand Teton NP. But the route was just a bit north of Jackson and we went through a construction site under the bridge. It was pretty but not as beautiful as a float through the NP would have been. Our guide, Ian, was a skilled pilot who has knowledge of the river and he kept us safe. He was nice enough, and he told a few jokes and pointed out a few animals and interesting houses on the route. Mostly he talked about his sore muscles and his life as a working guy in a wealthy community. More stories about the area's history and topography would have been interesting to us. Although the outfit was organized and professional, we will choose something different on our next visit to Jackson Hole.
