The worst experience we have ever had they would not let my wife off the truck with her service animal and when we complained we were told the rule of the park over rule the ada rule about the service animal to be allowed anywhere the person would be allowed

Most unprofessional tour company ever! Our guide Gannon great. However, the office/owners have no idea how to handle their customers, unfortunately. We had a half an hour delay due to an issue with a different passenger (bringing a dog on board into the national state park). When I expressed concern and displeasure over spending $500 on the tour, only to be sitting there while they figured out what to do, they tried to kick my children and I off the vehicle. Followed up by the most obnoxious text I’ve ever received. Save yourself a whole bunch of money and aggravation, and book a different excursion.

This review is quite sad and is completely not true. The customer told us if we didn't give her money back, she would blackmail us with a bad review, which is what you're seeing here. While our staff tried to deal with a difficult situation of a customer bringing a dog onboard the tour against our company policy, this customer started sending angry texts on the side to our office staff and harassing us, making the situation with the dog even worse as we tried to deal with the problem separately. We could barely deal with the dog problem because this woman kept sending nasty texts to us while we tried to resolve the original issue. We could have had the issue fixed in ten minutes had this woman not continued to harass our office on the side with her nasty and rude texting. Even when we responded with an apology and that we were trying to deal with this issue as quickly as possible, the customer continued to send nasty texts to our office staff. Because the customer was obviously so unhappy, we graciously offered the guest to a full return of her money and to return her to her car if she was this unhappy with the tour. The customer at this point refused to answer to these questions so we had to have our guide ask her directly if she wanted to continue on the tour or be returned to her car before we got too far into the park tour. At this point, the customer said she wanted to keep going. When the customer returned from the tour, she told us that we were in the wrong for offering her a refund and return to her vehicle at the first of the tour where we wouldn't take out customers that we angry and irate deep in to the park when we know the customer is already having a bad time. The customer tried to blackmail us into giving her a refund or she'd write a review just as the one you're reading. The review this customer wrote is purposely misleading. We did not try to "kick" her children and her off the vehicle. We offered a solution 5 times (4 of which she ignored) to an irate guest at the beginning of the tour in which she was very unhappy. It's very sad when customers know that attacking a small business in a public format will get them attention, no matter what lies they must tell the public to make a small, veteran-owned business look bad. In this day in age, our hands are literally tied when someone wants to lie like this customer is. Please take this review for what it is: someone who is lying, and take the time to read our thousands of other wonderful reviews. Thank you for taking the time to read our response. Please take into consideration that this customer demanded we offer her money back after she went on the tour OR she would write a bad review. That's fraud and that's blackmail.

We went on a private, 4 hr dawn wildlife tour today with Kenny! He was incredible, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My boys (10 and 13) loved him. He had his phone adapted to the scope to make viewing simple (especially for my visually impaired son) and then airdropped us all the images and videos of the wildlife we saw. We saw moose, pronged antelope, elk and more. This was the first excursion of our trip out west and I don’t think we’ll be able to top it! Thank you Kenny and Brush Buck for these incredible memories!
