Overview

Explore Grand Teton National Park in search of wildlife on this exhilarating eco- tour.
Traveling at dawn or dusk from Jackson Hole will give us the best chances to show you the most wildlife in Grand Teton National Park, as this is the prime feeding time for many of the animals.
Sightings may include grizzly and black bear, wolves, moose, bison, elk, eagles, bighorn sheep, fox and so much more!
Your naturalist guide will ensure your enjoyment and safety, teach you all about the park’s geology and ecology, and stop along the way to let you take photos of your gorgeous surroundings.
Guests traveling late spring to early fall (approximately June 1st-September 10th *Weather dependent*) will discover the park in our customized and exclusive open-air safari-style vehicle.
Guests traveling mid fall, winter, and late spring will discover the park in an enclosed, heated and air-conditioned vehicle.
This small-group tour is limited to 10-12 people, ensuring a more personalized experience.

What To Expect

Grand Teton

Elk, moose, mule deer, pronghorn, bison, bighorn sheep, grizzly and black bear, and wolves can all be seen within the park boundaries. Animal species that can be viewed will change throughout the year due to different seasonal changes in Grand Teton National Park. Grand Teton National Park is also a spring and summer birders paradise. You will have opportunity to see bald and golden eagles, sandhill cranes, osprey, hawks, and owls. This tour also covers the human and natural history of Grand Teton National Park as well as the diverse geology within the park. Frequent stops will be made to observe and photograph the various wildlife and landmark points of interest.

We lived the open air wildlife safari! Our guide, Neil, was amazing! He had a great sense of humor and spent a lot of time talking to us and sharing his experience. We appreciated the beverages (cold and hot!) and the snacks. Well worth the early morning, the time and the cost.

Highly recommend this tour. Our tour guide Jacqueline was outstanding. Born and raised in the area she is an endless encyclopedia of knowledge. Our morning tour was a little cold with a little rain, but that only enhanced our wildlife viewing opportunities. She found us multiple Moose, Bears, a Coyote, a Badger, many Pronghorn Deer, and an Eagle. I was a little skeptical of the open vehicle concept since none of the other tours use them but, I highly recommend the open vehicle because they allow better pictures. Jacqueline made sure we all were comfortable with multiple blankets. Her use of the spotting scope as a lens for our phone cameras was a great addition.

Our tour guide was great and very knowledgeable. We took the dawn trip, and got see many of the wildlife throughout the Tetons. Must do it your in Jackson home area.
