This tour was one of the highlights of our trip. Our guide was Trevor and he was terrific. My family and I did the private 8 hour tour of the Grand Tetons. He picked us up in a "luxury van", similar to a Sprinter van, to begin our tour. He constantly offered us refreshments, and the lunch was surprisingly good! Trevor was able to answer every question we could think of. He is extremely well educated, and growing up in Jackson, he truly understands the area. Although wildlife viewing is not guaranteed, we were lucky and saw a moose and her calf, elk (far away and within feet of our car), bison, antelope, and a grizzly bear with her two cubs. I do not believe our experience in the Tetons would have been the same without Trevor. HIGHLY suggest you book this tour!

We went on the Grand Teton 4 hour dawn tour. It was very cold in the open air vehicle, but we (2 adults, 2 kids age 13 and 6) enjoyed the experience. Our guide, Haeli, was very knowledgeable and she was able to spot wildlife with her naked eye that I had a hard time seeing with the high power binoculars they gave us. We saw a bear, a moose, elk, osprey, pronghorn and sage grouse. I also echo some of the other reviews that you may not see any animals, it is a bit of luck. I like the open air vehicle because of the awesome view of the Tetons. I thought it might be a bit too long for the kids, but we were climbing in and out of the truck and also stopped for a bathroom break, so it was fine for them.
