We had such a great experience on our evening wildlife safari at Grand Teton last night! Our guide, Jeff, was so knowledgeable, personable, considerate, and entertaining! We learned so much about the animals, the flowers & plants, the ecosystem, the history of the area, and Native American history. We got to see a moose close up, bison, elk, pronghorn, and blue heron chicks in the nest through Jeff’s scope. My family thoroughly enjoyed it!

We did the evening wildlife tour at Teton which started in Jackson. It did not start out great as the meeting location had zero parking and on guide told us to drive around town and look for a spot and the tour would wait. Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, but there was no commentary while driving (which is quite a bit). We did see wildlife, but for the money I was expecting to hit lesser known behind the scenes kind of stops and instead we did what most people do on their own and drive around the highways looking for stopped cars. I would ditch the drinks and snacks, provide water, and have two guides like most tours. One driving and one talking.

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review with your suggestions on changes we might make to our operation! We apologize about the rough start. Obviously that part would be totally out of our control as we have no control over public parking locations and advise guests to arrive early enough to any meeting location to find a parking spot. We strive for 100% satisfaction with every guest, but sometimes, we are just not the right fit for every customer. We do appreciate you giving us a chance to meet your expectations! We hope you have a wonderful summer and thank you for taking the time to review our company!
