The tour was excellent and our guide Andrew did a wonderful job. His observations and explanations were superb and he went the extra mile to make sure we experienced fully the Grand Teton National Park and many of its animals. The company did a great job keeping us informed as to what to expect and even went out of their to pick us up.

the actual tour itself was great and I would give it 5 stars we had so much fun, however I would give Viator zero stars for the booking experience if I could. Viator sent me confirmations however I never sent our booking to the tour company we got up at 5:30 to be ready at 6:30 and they never showed up because Viator failed to do their one job. They were very unhelpful and rude on the phone and blamed me for not contacting the company myself beforehand. Luckily the company was nice enough to take us out later but I will NOT be trusting Viator ever again.

This is actually quite a hurtful review to our small company and ONLY affects our small company (not viator.) We would ask that you consider removing this review or changing it to reflect the experience you had with BrushBuck Wildlife Tours as it in no way reflects the tour you booked.

This was a fantastic excursion, and our guide, Jesus, was terrific, very knowledgeable about the area, finding wildlife and informative with historical references too. We saw moose, elk, a black bear in a tree eating huckleberries, and antelope. Although the weather was chilly and we couldn't ride in an open-air vehicle, the van was comfortable, warm and toasty, the guide made everyone wear masks, so we felt safe riding in this vehicle with other people despite there being a pandemic. We plan to use Brushback Tours for other adventures in our future vacations.
