The minimum age for wildlife safaris is 8 years old. (Private safaris have no age minimum.)
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy for all single day wildlife safaris. Cancellations made before the cancellation policy goes into effect will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure, and before the day of departure will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations or no-shows on the day of departure will not be refunded. We strongly recommend travel insurance in order to protect you from unforeseen travel interruptions that prevent you from joining us.

Our guide was Ray. She was very informative and friendly, and we had a great morning. We saw many pronghorns, elk, and bison. Unfortunately we did not see any bears or moose, but that was not Ray's fault. We had a great morning and would definitely recommend your company again.

We had the best tour guide (Chris).if you want someone who knows alot of the history ,funny and made our trip memorable. Gave us opportunity to take great pictures. Ate lunch with us and really enjoyed the day with Chriis and made new friends.

Rae was the best! We had a private tour with 2 cranky teenagers and she catered the tour to them (and us). We saw so much -- so many great, out of the way spots. She is so kind, has so much knowledge, and is so forthcoming with any info you want. We loved it. Thanks to her, we hope this won't be our last visit to the Grand Tetons. Highly recommmend Jackson Wildlife Safari and Rae.
