Did this tour when I visited NY from Sydney with a friend who lived in NY. Our guide Annabel was very knowledgeable about the neighbourhood as well as the food locations we visited. I found this thoroughly enjoyable afternoon and was a bonus that it ended up being only the 3 of us.

Billy was a lot of fun to spend time with. Well prepared with ponchos in the rain. Super accommodating. The only downside of the tour is starting with two desserts. But you just kind of roll with it. Good balance of a little history and tasty food.
