We went on the Crosstown Tour with our three grandkids ages 12 to 15. Everyone had a great time learning about pizza and enjoying the different tastes. Our guide Miriam (Pizza Girl) did an outstanding job.

If you love pizza (and who doesn't) you don't know why you love your favorite pizza until you take this tour! The history of pizza and culinary insight is awesome. The best pizza is your favorite pizza but after the tour, you just might have a new favorite. Pizza is made with simple ingredients but knowing how those ingredients work together, the variations of those ingredients and the cooking process opens up a new world! I highly recommend this tour for any fan of pizza and anyone who loves history. Our guide, Peter, was very informative and made the afternoon a total delight! And of course, there was the pizza! Don't miss this!

I went on the original crosstown tour where I got to have three different styles of pizza at famous locations and learned about the history of pizza as well as what makes each style of pizza so unique. If you love eating pizza or want to learn interesting history facts, this is a great tour to go on.
