My husband and I enjoyed learning about the pizza history of NYC and how to recognize the different methods used. We gained an appreciation for NY style pizza. This was a tour worth doing but we thought we'd get more information about the history of the neighborhoods as we walked between the pizzerias, so were somewhat disappointed.
