What To Expect

Washington Square Park

Washington Square Park is legendary. You’ve seen it in a ton of films, it’s the unofficial campus of NYU students and you’ll see some of the coolest people in the city here. Feed pigeons. Hear musicians and watch street performers. You never know what to expect. Oh except for the mighty arch which is, of course, renowned.

The Stonewall Inn

The Stonewall Inn is such a huge historical site - literally and figuratively. We pass by the prideful institution as well as its new statue which was installed to commemorate it’s 50th anniversary.

Dante was an excellent guide. He was easygoing friendly, and informative. That was my favourite part of the tour. The food choices were based on casual dining versus fine dining, which was exactly what we were looking for. At the same time, we had the opportunity to learn more about some landmarks in Greenwich Village. This tour was a highlight of our trip to NYC.
