What To Expect

Washington Square Park

Washington Square Park is legendary. You’ve seen it in a ton of films, it’s the unofficial campus of NYU students and you’ll see some of the coolest people in the city here. Feed pigeons. Hear musicians and watch street performers. You never know what to expect. Oh except for the mighty arch which is, of course, renowned.

The Stonewall Inn

The Stonewall Inn is such a huge historical site - literally and figuratively. We pass by the prideful institution as well as its new statue which was installed to commemorate it’s 50th anniversary.

This was my first food tour ever, and I went with my dad because we were visiting New York City for my birthday. Dante was one of the nicest New Yorkers we met during the whole trip! The food we tried was amazing and Dante made the trip awesome. I mentioned during the tour that I liked cinnamon cream cheese, so he went out of his way to make sure he ordered it for us when we went to one of the amazing bagel shops. At the end of the tour, we went to a cupcake place, and he lit a candle in the cupcake and sang happy birthday along with the rest of the group! Overall, my dad and I had a lovely experience and we would definitely recommend going on any of his food tours. Dante went above and beyond and was incredibly hospitable and fun to be around. It was an absolute blast traveling around the village with Dante. We organized a group outing for our department with Nice Guy Tours and Dante did not disappoint. Even with a group of seasoned and hardened New Yorkers, Dante managed to win us over and blow us away with his humor and insider knowledge of the city. The food was delicious, but it's Dante that really steals the show. By the end of the 3 hours, you feel like you have made a new best friend who knows all of the best places to eat. Can't recommend more!

We went on a work holiday party food tour & had so much fun. Our guide Dante was super informative and nice. He took the time to remember everyone's names, and he was super accommodating to my gluten free diet. Definitely recommend!
