What To Expect

Washington Square Park

Washington Square Park is legendary. You’ve seen it in a ton of films, it’s the unofficial campus of NYU students and you’ll see some of the coolest people in the city here. Feed pigeons. Hear musicians and watch street performers. You never know what to expect. Oh except for the mighty arch which is, of course, renowned.

The Stonewall Inn

The Stonewall Inn is such a huge historical site - literally and figuratively. We pass by the prideful institution as well as its new statue which was installed to commemorate it’s 50th anniversary.

Fun day for a foodie. It was an interesting combination of info and food. It is hard to pick a favorite taste but the artichoke pizza was yummy.

Adam led us on a wonderful food tour! The food was delicious (and plentiful, so come hungry). Adam was a very fun and engaging guide - we enjoyed learning interesting history of the beautiful neighborhood and what life is like as a native New Yorker. This was a great highlight of our New York trip!

We did this tour in September 2022 and absolutely loved it! Our guide was super friendly and so informative throughout the tour. The food we tried was delicious and it was great to sample things we might not have chosen ourselves. There was also PLENTY of food and great variety as well. We loved getting to see some of the “real” New York - shown around by a real New Yorker. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting. Thank you very much!
