What To Expect

Washington Square Park

Washington Square Park is legendary. You’ve seen it in a ton of films, it’s the unofficial campus of NYU students and you’ll see some of the coolest people in the city here. Feed pigeons. Hear musicians and watch street performers. You never know what to expect. Oh except for the mighty arch which is, of course, renowned.

The Stonewall Inn

The Stonewall Inn is such a huge historical site - literally and figuratively. We pass by the prideful institution as well as its new statue which was installed to commemorate it’s 50th anniversary.

We visited NYC in June 2022 and took this tour with Dante. What an amazing experience of Greenwich village foods. We have visited this area before but Dante took us to locations which we hadn't already visited and which surprised us. One of the highlights has to be the Artichoke Cheese Pizza which was stunning, along with some authentic falafel. Highly recommend anyone with an appetite and appreciation of food to take this tour.

I took my 15 year old niece on this tour as part of her first trip to NYC. We both had a great time and said this was one of the highlights of our trip. Dante, our guide, shared lots of fun facts and was really knowledgeable about the city. Lots of good food and it was great to see part of the city away from the standard tourist attractions. Would definitely recommend.

Loved the combo of eating, walking and hearing stories of The Village. Come prepared to have a full stomach, even though we just sampled food at each stop, it added up to a lot! Great way to see a neighbourhood.
