What To Expect

Washington Square Park

Washington Square Park is legendary. You’ve seen it in a ton of films, it’s the unofficial campus of NYU students and you’ll see some of the coolest people in the city here. Feed pigeons. Hear musicians and watch street performers. You never know what to expect. Oh except for the mighty arch which is, of course, renowned.

The Stonewall Inn

The Stonewall Inn is such a huge historical site - literally and figuratively. We pass by the prideful institution as well as its new statue which was installed to commemorate it’s 50th anniversary.

We had an amazing time with Dante and the other travellers! It was fun relaxed, educational tour around Greenwich, the food was incredible! Lots of it, definitely don’t have breakfast before you attend! We even got to see friends and a the famous Perry street! All of the stops were unique and had a story to tell, I love how these locations are all perfectly picked by Dante!! Thanks again!! We had a blast! 😊

Our tour guide, Dante, made this such a great experience. The food was fantastic and stands on its own but Dante is the perfect guide. He gave some great history and our group just happened upon a movie set while running around the village. To me, the standout food was Bleecker St. Pizza with the Pommes Frites place a close second. Would love to do this again some time whenever we might return!

Dante was a wonderful guide, and shared history and details about the neighborhoods where we were walking, as well as giving us delicious food options! DO NOT eat before you go - there is plenty of food on this tour! The pace of the tour and length of time at each location was also perfect - we didn't feel rushed, nor did we feel like we lingered too long at any location. When we're back in NYC, we'll tour with Dante again!
