We were greeted by Andrew, our tour guide, Starbucks as detailed. His knowledge, guidance and personal attention to detail was exceptional. We could not have been placed in better hands, from start to finish his caring and professional manner shone out ensuring we were comfortable and at ease. The tour is naturally full of emotion and empathy, our knowledge is greatly improved for having the traumatic experiences of 9/11 delivered by someone who was present on that fateful day. Thank you Andrew, you made our visit more special than we expected.

What an interesting and moving trip; a must do for anyone visiting NYC. Our guide, Christopher was very informative with a great sense of humour. He made what was a very somber subject very bearable. What a dark day in the history of the world that should never be forgotten, there were any times when I had tears in my eyes. The trip is approx 2 hours and covers the whole site except the museum so make sure if you want that it's included.
