From December through March/April, the magnificent Humpback whales make their yearly migration from Alaska to Hawaii. Join us for a 2.5-hour tour on a comfortable, roomy boat and experience a close encounters with some of the biggest creatures in the ocean. Whale sightings are guaranteed, or you will be given a voucher for another tour.

Willing to admit I may have some fault. Booked on Viator along with other tours from other companies. Everyone has had success reaching me if needed. This company canceled our trip and said they tried calling (Viator profile has right #, but perhaps I typed it in wrong somewhere else). Instead of messaging thru Viator - which other companies have done - they let us show up on Christmas Day to find out. We could have done something else but it was too late. They did promptly refund us but avenues to reach us were available. Not a very Mele Kalikimaka. I am sure these are good, hard working folks, but it appears as if someone there got a little lazy and was ready for a holiday while my family paid the consequences.

Couldn't find the place, the address they provided was a large marina with several vendors and there was no signage. They left without us and said no refund. I'll gladly remove this negative review when I get my refund.
