Arizona ATV Adventures
The West Sedona Canyon Tour area is about 8 miles west of Sedona. Make your own way to the departure point and from there, you will be taken to the trailhead in a 15-passenger van. The 3-hour tour begins when you arrive at the trailhead. This is the outback of the West Sedona Valley, where over 40 movies have been filmed over the years. There is over a hundred miles of trails to choose from, which provides your guide with the opportunity to customize each tour based on the age, interests and skill levels of the group. You’ll be awestruck by a view of the Verde Valley from the top of Skeleton Bone Mountain, over 800 feet above the valley floor. And don’t be surprised if some antelope run alongside you as you drive along the valley floor! For your safety and comfort, wear closed-toed shoes, long pants, and bring your sunglasses. Also, bring your camera; the views are spectacular!

Amazing! Had such a great time in the guided tour through a scenic Sedona. Over 2 hours of safe and fun ATVing. The trail is both great for beginners and those with more experience. I highly recommend this tour, specifically the tour guide Tim!

Had such a great time on the west sedona atv tour! Tim was an awesome tour guide. During the tour there was rain, sleet, snow, and sunshine! Tim constantly checked in and made sure we were good to atv throughout all the weather elements and trails. The sights were breathtaking. I love to atv on my travels and definitely recommend this tour. And if you are traveling from Boston, Tim has a trivia question about the Sox you probably can’t answer!

This was an amazing and enjoyable ATV tour. The 2-person ATV was easy to ride and actually very well balanced and comfortable for both the driver and passenger who could lean against the back support. Our guide 'Tim' loves his job and it shows. He was as concerned with our safety as much as the fact that we had an amazing time on the trails. For much of the time we were on the trails we were going up and down hills making it a fun and challenging course but not so challenging as to take away from the fun of the ride. I was only on an ATV once before and quickly got the hang of it; (No gear shifting needed... fully automatic) and was able to keep up with our tour group with no problems. During most of the tour you are doing about 10-15-MPH on the rougher terrain and on the smoother sections your doing about 20-25-MPH. You will get full of dust but the helmet, googles and bandana they give you help keep most of the dust from getting into your lungs. the scenery was beyond amazing and if I'm in the area again I will certainly book another trip with them again. The equipment was in-good shape and ran well for everyone in our group. This is a very fun way of getting outside and sightseeing in AZ. Out of the 4-hours we were on the ATV's for about 3-1/2 hours as you need to drive to the trails outside of town and then unload them from a trailer. Add in a 10-15 minute stop at mid-point and you're riding for about 3-1/2 hours, which I thought was a good value for the money spent.
