I made the trip to Portland with my dad and brother to visit our youngest brother. My Dad booked a fishing trip with Colby and I can't even begin to express my gratitude towards this Rockstar of a captain. We came from Texas, being gulf fishermen, and the experience has me dreaming about my next trip already. Colby was knowledgeable and relentless in the pursuit of putting fish in the boat for everyone. It was refreshing to have a guide who was that passionate about fishing. He went above and beyond answering our questions and schooling us on the local techniques and fishing strategies. I would have to say it was the highlight of the trip. We took fresh fish home that were expertly filleted along with a ton of great memories. Don't hesitate to book a trip with Colby, you will only regret it if you don't pull the trigger. He's top notch and has a great sense of humor to go with his enthusiastic pursuit to put fish in the boat. I give him a 11/10 at least. I can't wait to go back and I would be proud to fish with him in Texas for some big reds. An open invitation for you sir. May you have safe trips and tight lines sir! We had a great day with Colby. He knew the areas and does a great job with the fishing and making the trip enjoyable. We caught some good size Sturgeon and lots of them. Their boats and equipment are spotless and in excellent condition Would love to go with them again.

We had a great sturgeon fishing trip with Captain Larry. He took the four of us out in what was less than perfect conditions and we had a blast !! We caught 15+ sturgeon between us. He was very easy going and assisted us as needed. Definitely recommend him for sturgeon fishing - he puts you on top of the fish for sure. Really fun experience for all of us 🐠
