Peek-A-Boo Slot Canyon is a quiet, special place off the beaten path just outside of beautiful Kanab. The quiet serenity of beautiful colored Navajo Sandstone rocks that have taken millions of years to form will take your breath away and leave you wanting more.

This is a group tour, but no combination of groups will exceed 10 travelers so that we can keep the experience affordable and intimate.

What To Expect

Peek-A-Boo Slot Canyon

On this group tour, (no more than 10 people to keep it affordable and intimate) you will explore the beauty and wonder of Peek a Boo Slot canyon in Kanab, Utah. It's an easy 1.5 mile (2.4K) hike roundtrip through a spectacular slot canyon located about 10 miles north of Kanab. This is a must see while in the Kanab area.

Our guide Raymond knew the Slot Canyon like an old friend. I was glad for the powerful vehicle to get us there and felt unrushed during the tour. Raymond could tell us about the ecosystem and the geology and how the flash floods had altered the rock over the decades he had been going there. He was professional and easy to learn from and to enjoy the magnificence with. I liked being shown the canyon by someone who grew up in Kanab and continues to be keenly interested and aware of the specialness of the land.
