Peek-A-Boo Slot Canyon is a quiet, special place off the beaten path just outside of beautiful Kanab. The quiet serenity of beautiful colored Navajo Sandstone rocks that have taken millions of years to form will take your breath away and leave you wanting more.

This is a group tour, but no combination of groups will exceed 10 travelers so that we can keep the experience affordable and intimate.

What To Expect

Peek-A-Boo Slot Canyon

On this group tour, (no more than 10 people to keep it affordable and intimate) you will explore the beauty and wonder of Peek a Boo Slot canyon in Kanab, Utah. It's an easy 1.5 mile (2.4K) hike roundtrip through a spectacular slot canyon located about 10 miles north of Kanab. This is a must see while in the Kanab area.

I have been to Zion several times and have never heard or seen the slot canyons. Seeing Peekaboo was an spectacular experience. The owner, Jeff, took us and his knowledge and points of interest were so helpful. I will say that my time with Jeff was as precious and meaningful as seeing Peekaboo. I was able to meet some of Jeff & Julie's other guides and they were very nice. Coral Cliff Tours of Kanab is a fantastic group of passionate people sharing themselves and the are with you. You will be glad you are not on an ATV or Razor-type vehicle as the road is very rough and the finest sand you'll ever see which will cover you from end to end. Enjoy the conversation in the Jeeps and be ready to have your life changed by the people and the what Mother Nature has created.

My partner Albert and I were already charmed by the natural beauty surrounding Kanab but our guide Ron elevated that tenfold! He was so friendly, knowledgable and genuinely passionate about the geology and Native history of the area, which served to deepen our appreciation of the gorgeous trail we were walking. Great experience that we will recommend to everyone we know and will hopefully be able to repeat ourselves the next time we come to Kanab! Also loved that Ron gave us recommendations for how to finish off our last day in town - it worked out perfectly!!!

Kanab is filled with dozens of tour companies, so how do you pick the best one for you? You choose a personalized tour guide who can ensure that you have the very best time! Lara took us to several beautiful scenic sites, including ancient petroglyphs hidden in the desert! She was a pro at navigating the desert trails and we would’ve been lost without her professional expertise. I visit Kanab at least once a year and this is the first time I’ve taken at tour with this company-It will not be the last. I highly recommend Coral Cliffs tours to anyone who wants to see the hidden gems of Kanab.
