Overview

Peek-A-Boo Slot Canyon is a quiet, special place off the beaten path just outside of beautiful Kanab. The quiet serenity of beautiful colored Navajo Sandstone rocks that have taken millions of years to form will take your breath away and leave you wanting more.

This is a group tour, but no combination of groups will exceed 10 travelers so that we can keep the experience affordable and intimate.

What To Expect

Peek-A-Boo Slot Canyon

On this group tour, (no more than 10 people to keep it affordable and intimate) you will explore the beauty and wonder of Peek a Boo Slot canyon in Kanab, Utah. It's an easy 1.5 mile (2.4K) hike roundtrip through a spectacular slot canyon located about 10 miles north of Kanab. This is a must see while in the Kanab area.

Julie was informative and very helpful pointing out all details of the canyon and adjacent area. She also helped us with the phone camera as well as took many pictures of us. She was always in communication and was prompt in meeting us at the designated spot. Highly recommend!

I contacted this tour group on short notice and they accommodated me that same day. Even though I was a single person, no problem. Jeff was my guide and he was professional, personable and shared his knowledge of the area and its sights in an easy going manner. The trip to the slot canyon in the jeep, through the deep sand and its beautiful surroundings, is a key part of the this tour. The slot canyon is beautiful with many photogenic locations (Jeff pointed out great photo locations which is always appreciated). This slot even has a historic site where Native Americans built climbing hand-holds in the sandstone. There is also a small hoodoo to be seen. A very worthwhile adventure and photography trip.

We had such a great time with Jeff. It was like touring around with a friend who is a local and knows all the interesting local spots. He set me up fo some amazing photos I would never have gotten without his expertise. My husband and I and our two boys (9 and 12) loved Peekaboo canyon! We did this instead of antelope canyon and I don’t regret it at all. We almost had the place all to ourselves and could go at our own pace. We added on the pinnacle Jeep tour and again we had a fantastic time. This was my husbands favorite thing we did in Utah. What an adventure! Thanks Jeff for taking the time to show us around your part of Utah. We enjoyed it so much!
