It was wonderfully easy to book online in advance. Warm and welcoming staff met us at the park. We arrived early (25 minutes) and were glad to have the time to take care of parking fees, completing waivers and such. They launch on time! The tide was low, so it took extra maneuvering in some places. Double kayaks got out and walked twice on our tour. Check tides or ask when you book. Alex, our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. He patiently answered our questions. Unfortunately we had a morning tour where the manatees were not to be found. We did see dolphins rolling along the shoreline as we paddles out, and that was a wonderful sight. This was listed a 2.5 hr paddle. Come prepared to paddle for at least 2 hrs or more. Not easy/light exercise by our standards. All 5 of us (ages 20-55) were tired and a bit sore the following day. We loved the exercise! I recommend that you bring snacks/water for the shore break and rest opportunity. We would like to return and actually SEE the manatees...

Thank you for your review! I wish we could have showed you some Manatees, but especially this time of year it can be a little more challenging sometimes. We saw them on every trip for a week right around Christmas, but then they started to be a little more challenging to find. It sounds like you had a good trip overall though, and we hope you'll come back to paddle with the Manatees. Generally during warmer temperatures they are more abundant in our area. -Stefan

What a great trip! Roger was our guide and he was wonderful. We had a group of 13 ranging from preteens to adults. They provided us with waterproof bags for our phones and Roger took pictures along the way for FREE!! I highly recommend this company
