If we cancel your tour due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund. We do not cancel for light rain, unless the outdoor temperature is 50* or below, so if you'd like to bring a poncho, please do!
We definitely recommend sunblock! Bug spray during the summer is helpful. You may also want to bring a change of clothes or wear swimwear.
Kayakers must be willing to step in approximately six inches of water to enter and exit the kayak.
Recommended for ages 4 years old and up. Children under 12 must ride in a tandem kayak with an adult.
Not recommended for serious medical conditions.

Wanted to do something fun for Halloween but still play it safe with Covid, and in comes the Halloween night tour! The weather was crummy and covered up the full moon but it was really a lot of fun regardless! Kind of like trick or treating on a kayak, and nice goodie bags given, too. Our guide even had spooky sounds playing on a speaker on their kayak during the trip for a real Halloween feel. We’d never kayaked in the dark before or on this creek so we were a bit nervous but the guide was in the Navy and had been a Boy Scout leader so it made us feel safe and secure. Great staff, really nice kayaks, would definitely recommend!
