I loved the insight he shared during the tour and how he related it the current landscape. He asked us to imagine what I was like for the soldiers. I also liked how he pointed out the importance of the women during That time.

The tour was interesting and informative. My history buff son enjoyed it immensely! Our guide was great and was able to tailor the tour to the interests of our small mixed group as well.

Our guide, Keith, was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable, and we loved that he asked the participants what they wanted to learn on the tour so he could personalize it to our wishes. He kept the tour moving, but always allowed time to ask questions or diverge a little from the topic he was discussing when other questions arose. He kept us in the shade as much as possible, which was great on a day with a heat index that would hit 117 degrees! He also allowed for stops where we could sit and rest our legs while he continued to talk about the history of the area. The technology used for the tour was great in that every participant could hear him via the headsets without him needing to speak over other ambient noise, and we could range a bit at a specific stop to look at things, take pictures, etc., without missing anything he had to say. It was the one thing my husband really wanted to see/do while we were in Savannah, and this tour and our guide didn't disappoint. Highly recommend!
