Enjoy a close, personal encounter with the West Indian Manatee as you snorkel with them under the guidance of a U.S. Coast Guard Licensed Captain. Our small group (no more than six guests) tours are conducted daily in the beautiful Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge. Get up close and personal with these amazing mammals and learn about the ecosystem and their habitat.

Unlike many tours, these Captains will actually swim with you and your group to ensure that you have a memorable experience. While in the water, your captain/tour guide will take high-definition photos and videos of you and your group which you will be able to view and purchase at the end of your trip.

Your price includes all snorkeling equipment (mask, snorkel, wetsuit) and complimentary coffee or hot cocoa.

Even though the manatees had recently moved out of the springs, the captain found a mother and calf, and the an adult male in the bay. While snorkeling near them, the calf came up to look me in the eye, then gently bumped my goggles with its nose. What an experience! Then the captain took us to the 3 Sisters Springs to snorkel in. Crystal clear water - it was beautiful.

Ron and Lauren were very courteous and safe. Lauren very good with our 5 year old. We Had first trip cancelled for weather and Ron was able to get us back out a few days later. Its a nice, short drive out of town to the old florida marina. Past the marina a mile or two the road dead ends at a gulf coast beach and a boat ramp.

We just did the 6:30am tour with Captain Ron and Lauren. What an amazing experience. Even though our tour was on the tail end of the season (April 19th) Captain Ron & Lauren knew exactly where to find some Manatees including two Mom's and their baby's. They are both very knowledgeable about the Manatees, the area and insure your experience with the Manatees in memorable. Plus, they both have a great sense of humor which adds to the "fun factor" of the experience. Do yourself a favor..even though it is early, take the 6:30 trip. The Manatees are active and you will beat the crowds which will enhance your experience. I highly recommend their tour!!!
