Enjoy a close, personal encounter with the West Indian Manatee as you snorkel with them under the guidance of a U.S. Coast Guard Licensed Captain. Our small group (no more than six guests) tours are conducted daily in the beautiful Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge. Get up close and personal with these amazing mammals and learn about the ecosystem and their habitat.

Unlike many tours, these Captains will actually swim with you and your group to ensure that you have a memorable experience. While in the water, your captain/tour guide will take high-definition photos and videos of you and your group which you will be able to view and purchase at the end of your trip.

Your price includes all snorkeling equipment (mask, snorkel, wetsuit) and complimentary coffee or hot cocoa.

Captain Lauren had a very well equipped boat and provided us with history of the place, as well as hot chocolate, coffee and an extra towel after coming out of water in the winter month. Water was very pesant though- 72F year round and the wetsuits kept us in perfect condition. Photographer and Diver Michelle took pictures of us, but most importantly constantly found more and more manatees for us to interact. The manatees were super playful and friendly and we got to pay their bellies, swim with them, and participate in their general playfulness. My boyfriend’s mother said she will remember this day always. I hope you do it as it is one of the most unique and joyful experiences you will have!

It was definitely beyond worth the price! We ordered guided small group manatee tour but there was no other group in the boat so it was actually private, but it cost only $79 per adult! There is also a discount for kids. They have available snorkeling sets, wet suits and floats and we don't have to bring anything other than cameras. My wife was pregnant and we also have two tiny kids so we felt a bit nervous but Lauren and Leah were super kind and friendly so our worry soon went away. Captain Lauren was amazing and she also took care of my children while I and my wife are snorkeling. Leah always instructed us properly and we were able to take best pictures with Manatees. My daughter was scared of being into the water so she couldn't make it, but she fully enjoyed hot chocolate and private boat experience! 日本人の方へ（For Japanse tourists）私たちはスモールグループツアーで申し込みましたが、実際には私たち家族以外に同乗するお客さんはおらず、実質プライベートツアーでした。それでいて大人一人79＄だったので、非常に良心的な価格と思いました。子供の分はディスカウントしてくれました。船長のローレンは非常にフレンドリーで私たちがスノーケリングしている間小さい子供たちの面倒までみてくれました。リアは物静かな感じの優しい女性で、マナティーが本当に好きなんだなという感じでした。常に適切に指示をしてくれましたし、子供たちにもとても優しくしてくれました。おかげさまでマナティーとの水中写真も撮ってもらうことができました。本当に大満足のツアーでした。１００％お勧めします！

Isn't there a rating beyond 5 stars? Our swim with the manatees was phenominal, thanks to Michelle and Lauren. Their knowledge of these amazing creatures, along with their patience and love of their job, afforded us an experience we'll never forget. We witnessed a rare sight; a mother and her nursing baby. Michelle helped us to stay calm, slowing down our breathing so as not to disturb the manatees. As a result they allowed us to stay near them for quite some time, as they grazed on the bottom and swam right under us. One curious calf even came right up to our faces! Michelle recorded it all in clear photographs, which will remind us of the best part of our vacation. Unlike some of the tour operators than pack as many on the boats as possible, hoping to make more money, this company wants to create an intimate, memorable experience. Hopefully that will never change! Since there were 5 in our party, we had the boat to ourselves, allowing for a personable experience. Thanks to Michelle's patience and Captain Lauren's knowledge of the area, it didn't take long to find the manatees. It was like spending the afternoon in the company of good friends (both above and below the water).
