I have contacted Viator about getting a refund. There was no snow and no snowshoeing. We should have been told before we drive 2.5 hours by the company that are you still interested in going but there would be no snow and now snow showeing. I just paid 480 dollars to go on hike that I would have done myself. Not good business practice and sort of shameful. Honesty would have been the best practice. I would reconsider this company and this trip and disappointed in how this went down I know the business is desperate and the guide was a really nice woman but the company is the problem

Hi Gaurav - Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, and we truly apologize for the experience you had on your recent tour. We deeply regret that your expectations were not met and understand your frustration. We have successfully been running snowshoe tours this winter, and our goal is always to provide a memorable and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, due to snow conditions last week, we weren’t able to reach the snow line on your specific tour. We’ve been trying to communicate with everyone who reaches out to us that depending on the pace of the hike and conditions that day, the experience could be more of a hike. However, as your booking was processed through Viator, the chance to provide this important information in advance was missed by our team. That said, we want to emphasize that we did honor your refund request even before receiving this review. Our intention was never to mislead or disappoint, and we take customer concerns seriously.
