The freedom trail tour was overall very good with lots of interesting facts and stories about a part of Boston we hadn't really toured yet. It was a good experience but I had young kids who thought it a tiny bit boring.

Alan was our knowledgeable and humourous tour guide. Well worth doing this tour (or the one the other way) to give a good introduction to the history.

Alan was great! The tour was diverse covering the sequential history of the growth and development of Boston, history and architecture. Alan gave interesting facts delivered with a sense of humor! He was knowledgeable and interesting. Since Bob is a bit hard of hearing, it was important that our guide's voice be loud enough and clear enough for him to understand ~ Alan met the challenge!! We particularly were interested in how the Back Bay area of Boston was achieved. Alan's narrative was so thorough and informative. We really enjoyed our time touring Boston with such a fantastic guide!
