My cousin and I did the guided tour even though I know the area pretty well. Our guide was very interesting and showed and explained many things that I have not heard before. I was really happy that we did the guided tour instead of by ourselves. Our guide was Sabo and he was fantastic. This is definitely worth the time and money. (Do the guided even if you’re from the area).

We took our visiting son and daughter-in-law on this kayaking tour with Sabos (sorry if I mangled your name), who was fun, knowledgeable, and patient. Over the three hour tour, he took us to several different, and gorgeous, habitats and gave descriptions and background on each. He connected with both our children and us, carrying on interesting conversations with both groups. He was observant of us and the environment, taking care to guide and inform. The trip was a total success! We will be back with other family members and friends.

The guys that work on this crew are great. They are very helpful and the boats are clean. We had a group of 3 and this was only our second time. We did the kayaking with a guide the first time but went solo this time. It was a lot of fun and you always get a great upper body workout. There's a nice little beach to visit on the route which makes it real nice. Collect some seashells and move on...back into the kayak to finish the route! Some tips...if you go without a tour guide make sure you bring a smartphone with Google Maps...this helps you find your way back. The mangrove scene looks similar and if you aren't that familiar with Estero Bay n such... Google Map helps a lot! Next tip...Pee before you leave the house...no rest rooms nearby. 3rd Tip...bring a stainless water traveling cup (stays cold in the sun). 4th Tip...bring a towel.. you will get wet! All worth it though...just follow the tips and you'll have a great time!
