Frangipani Estate Winery

The first stop is Frangipani Estate Winery, a family-owned and operated boutique vintner specializing in bold reds while additionally offering a variety whites and blushes. Guests will marvel at the view sitting down, weather permitting, on a covered patio overlooking a serene valley, with Mount Palomar on the horizon. If the weather is inclement, a protected, indoor setting is provided. The staff offers friendly, informative table service, pouring wine samples as you relax while soaking in the incredible view. A delicious, individually packaged lunch is enjoyed at this first stop while engaging in stimulating conversation with your tour mates, many who often become new best friends by the end of the day! With advance notice, vegetarians and those with specific dietary needs are respectfully accommodated.

Wilson Creek Winery

The next destination is high energy, guest-centric Wilson Creek Winery, perhaps Temecula’s most popular vintner. A wide tasting roster is highlighted by their signature item, Sparkling Almond! An optional vineyard and production area tour lead by your Destination Temecula guide provides those who would like to participate a fascinating behind-the-scenes experience, often highlighted by a chat on the crush pad or in the production area with the winemaker. Play your cards right and you might sample a tasting from the tanks! Free time then allows exploration of the wonderful setting for photography throughout the beautiful grounds, and purchase discounts provided to DESTINATION TEMECULA guests.

Callaway Vineyard and Winery

Finish the afternoon at Callaway Vineyard & Winery with a tasting of estate grown wines. A hilltop panoramic view of the valley will awe guests enjoying the picturesque setting.

We had the best day! Our tour guide Sonia made it so FUN! My friend and I were in town to celebrate my birthday and we were with another group of 5 girls celebrating a bachelorette and another group of 5 girls also celebrating a birthday. Sonia kindly introduced us all and took great care of us, and we all quickly made friends and had the best day! The 3 wineries were terrific, we had plenty of wine, and the lunch included was great! The 1st and 3rd wineries were more boutiquey and the middle winery was large and more party-like. Awesome day; I would highly recommend it. Sonia - thank you for everything!

Celebrated my 50th birthday with private wine tours and dinner, and it was AMAZING! From the first contact with Amy, every detail was taken care of to perfection! Our personal driver Randy was kind, fun, and kept us on time with great humor! Dave met us at the first winery, then again at dinner to check on us and if we needed anything. I will book this again for other celebrations! I just LOVED this trip with my girlfriends, gave the wheel to Destination Temecula, and didn't have a care in the world!!!

Could not have asked for a better tour. Our tour guide Steve pick us up in Carlsbad in a very comfy air conditioned bus. He was prompt and very friendly. During our drive and tour we had fun trivia questions about the area which made the 45 min drive sail by. We were able to walk around Old Town Temecula for a bit and then were on our way. We visited 3 wineries 2 boutique venues and 1 larger more well known winery. Lovely picnic lunch at first winery. Steve gave great little tour and information during our time. Great value and would certainly use them again!! Thanks for a great time!
