My wife and I booked the tour but at the time of departure it was cloudy. By the time we finished viewing the houses and got to the area where to view the sunset a storm was approaching so we never saw the sunset. The tour was nice but we felt they should have canceled the tour due to the weather.

We were at Tin City and on a whim, my husband got us on the sunset cruise to the Gulf. It was fabulous. Our captain Nick had great commentary on nature—mangroves, dolphins, etc.—and rich, such as who owned the mansions we passed and how much it cost to fuel up a big yacht. Our first mate Meghan was really nice. The sunset was gorgeous, we saw some dolphins—it was so much fun

The employee checking us in at the boat at 4:15 pm on December 23 was not a very nice lady. I had tickets to get my family of 7 in. She said only 3 were registered and made a big fiasco about it. She only let 3 board, while I had to go back to the check in counter to wait for a fellow to say I was cleared to go on the boat. He was very kind about it and let us on. While she made a big deal about it and said there was no room for us. She was very unkind.

We are sorry that you had a poor experience with a member of our crew. There was a minor confusion in the onboard manifest that was above her ability to check and unfortunately a misunderstanding. She was simply doing her job. We apologize for you taking it the wrong way, but I am glad that we could get it all resolved and you were able to enjoy your sunset cruise with your family. We hope to see you again soon so that every aspect of your cruise can be the best possible!
