I should say first of all that the weather was not the greatest and at the Haines Summit the peaks were obscured by fog. The drive along the river was fine and we saw a couple of eagles but we were not there at a peak time by any means. We took this tour as an excursion from our cruse ship and the guides tried hard. The narrative was interesting. We spent a long time getting into Canada although at the border you can get a great picture of the welcome to Alaska sign. The peaks being obscured and the slow entrance into Canada, made this an average experience.
