• Be free of any medications that may cause drowsiness
• Not be pregnant
• Not weigh over 270 lbs.

My best friend and I had an incredible experience with the guided bike tour. All staff were knowledgeable, friendly and kind. The whole activity exceeded our expectations and we would recommend this company and experience to everyone.

Booked a guided tour for our employees after a medical meeting in Maui. Everyone in our group is fit and was excited for an adventure. Unfortunately, it was decided our group of 6 should be paired with a family of 4 who definitely were out of their league. One child was questionable as far as age...& size for the bikes provided. Our guide made our entire trip about what the child and her anxious mother could handle...rather than acknowledge there were 6 adults in our group who wanted an adventurous bike ride. Eventually we broke away from the family of 4 and continued the ride on our own. Completely unfair we paid for a trip that was intended for qualified riders...not a child who was questionably 12 years old and/or up for the challenge. Very disappointed - guide told me he can only gear the ride according to the weakest rider!! Honestly ruined what could have been a fabulous tour bc the trip was great until we were stifled by a scared child and a panicked mother. Not sure how to avoid it in the future but maybe the company should stand by their initial concerns/reservations when the family was challenged at check in regarding the child and her ability to do the tour.

A 38 mile downhill bicycle ride that should not be left off your “to do list” before taking that dirt nap. Our pick up/delivery to our hotel from this group was fantastic. Both ways had a most enjoyable tour guide driver that kept us entertained with Maui lore and legends. Best of all was our guided bike leader, Tim.com who should not be missed as he led all level of skills down through multiple ecosystems, past sugar cane and pineapple fields with many stops to take pics and have lunch.
