Waking up at 2am was SO worth it. The tour guides are amazing. You won’t regret this. The bike ride was a thrill for sure! So fun- do it!

This company is terrible with refunds. I am hoping i get my $712.23 back. I would not use this company for your guided bike tour. I am going to discourage all my friends and family.

You may be requesting a refund for a cancellation due to the Coronavirus pandemic. We understand and apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately this is an unprecedented event that has affect all our operations. It has affected many businesses like ourselves, to the point that we have had to suspend all activities, as well let go all of our staff. This is one reason for delayed refunds. Our resources are at the moment limited. Additionally, our reservations system and bank has flagged the unusual situation and capped the amount of refunds that can be processed on any given day. Due to the HIGH number of cancellations due to this virus, refunds are being issued in batches that comply the the restrictions of our processing companies.
