Billy was a great guide, full of information and cared about safety. Also took his time and didn’t rush to get through the tour. Equipment was kept up to date and everyone was friendly at the shop. I had a great day, thanks Haleakala Bike tours Ps: is cold, bring gloves and hat!

Rory was an entertaining tour guide. The sunrise is beautiful. Dress warm. Worth the experience. Bike experience was thrilling.

Unfortunately we got soaked for most of the ride but still an amazing experience! We were lucky enough to have the clouds break just as the sun popped up. They aren’t kidding when they say dress warm for the top. With the wind it was even too cold for this Canadian but the sun rise is every bit worth it. A little nervous for the ride down but it was way easier than expected and the gear you’re given is top notch. Our guide Billy was phenomenal! Emphasized safety and your comfort level riding while giving great details about the culture and history of the park. Pay attention to the directions and landmarks you’re given on the way up for the ride down and the self-guided tour is a dream! Will definitely be doing it again with Bike Maui!
