This is an outstanding outfit. They are small, but mighty, and their nimbleness means the offer a great experience and are able to hire and train up really, really solid staff. Staff was welcoming, friendly, positive, and helpful. They ran a tight ship with their logistics and the guides were very knowledgeable on the water and were very effective communicators. All in all they fostered a really nice experience from start to finish. In addition to our day of experience, if you're looking to support a company that does outstanding advocacy work for our public lands and waters than this is your place. The owners were instrumental in advocating for the permanent protection of Browns Canyon over many, many years, which was eventually protected as a National Monument by President Obama in 2015. The owners were kind enough to take us back to their offices to show pictures and share stories of being at the White House when President Obama designated the monument.

We decided at the last minute to try to go rafting and they took us in very efficiently. Bill was a great guide and seemed to know the rapids very well. It was a very safe and enjoyable experience.

We had a group of 10 of varying ages. Jonathan and Jack were our guides for the day -- they were amazing! Knowledgeable, in control, personable, and fun! During the slow parts of the ride, Jonathan shared history of the area and Dvorak (who has the first ever permit for Browns Canyon) and pointed out interesting geological features. We had a great time -- highly recommend!
