We booked from Texas with Viator and had to change the original date of our rafting. Journey Quest did not have the change in their booking from Viator. Sara the manager/owner accommodated us with another date. Glad she had something for us because if not we would not have had the experience. The tour guide “Kalie” was great but we were disappointed because there was no GoPro or pictures taken of our water rafting trip for our son’s birthday. We had to leave our phone behind. We were told there was a photographer taking pictures then we can purchase them after the trip. The photographer had left and we left with no pictures for our memory book 😌

Everyone at Journey Quest was so pleasant and helpful. We took a trip with my family including 2 small children (5 & 7) and they made us all feel very safe while giving us an exciting experience. The woman that checked us in was so accommodating (especially in the Colorado heat), our guides Nate & Emiline were so fun, well informed and friendly. They made the journey very enjoyable and created memories we won't forget. Even the bus driver was great & took nice pictures. I would definitely recommend this company for a trip down the Arkansas River!!

We had an awesome afternoon rafting. Our guide, Mark, was knowledgeable, encouraging, and kind. 3/4 of us had never white water rafted, but the instructions and guidance quickly had us working together and knowing what to do. We really appreciated the Christian atmosphere and prayer before our trip started.
