The people there are amazing and super friendly. They had their hands full with a raft full of first timers. The owners of the company were our guides, such great people. We are planning a trip with them again but with our young kids next time. Probably the best way to see some of the Colorado mountains.

We had a great time floating Bighorn. Our guide, Brooke, was well skilled and knowledgeable about the river we floated. She trained us well in what to do and how to paddle on her commands. Nathaniel did a professional job of training us on what to do in the event of an emergency. Luckily, because the other raft we were with had some “swimmers”. Brooke immediately instructed us on how to help and those who were throw out of their raft knew what to do to remain as safe as possible. Brooke did not hesitate to do what was needed to help out with the utmost concern for the swimmers. Even with that, we had a great time and would do it again in a heartbeat with JourneyQuest!!

We did this trip on a 95 deg day family of 5 (2parents and 3 teens). The morning was a great learning and watching type of ride with a little paddeling and great views. A great break for unch which was provided and healthy and tasty. The 2nd half of the day was more rapids and that part went really fast and was a lot of fun and not scary at all. Our guide Hannah was great!
