We woke late and hit traffic on the way thus were unable to make it to the boat in time for it’s 9am departure. I called the number given on Viator while on the way and a lady told me the captain would not wait 10-15 minutes. (I didn’t expect him to) I asked for refund but was declined. I asked to reschedule and was told my tickets would not expire so I could call and reschedule for a different date, so that is my plan. As long as that happens I will be satisfied, as it is my own fault for Not getting there in a timely manner.

Friendly, good equipment, very nice. We would go again. Might want to wear a patch for possible dizziness Caught a fish too.

Was fun but says it’s starts at 1pm but it doesn’t actually start till 1:45pm and they tell you nothing about how hard it is to find a place to park and find where exactly to go cause it sends you to Bayside market but fails to tell you that it’s a shopping mall that you have to pay for parking and find your way through the mall to the pier the boat is at and it was way too crowded you were bumping elbows trying to fish but the crew on the ship was very nice, the whole thing could be a better experience
