The woman who was the operator was very rude, disrespectful and has zero patience with the customers. It just felt as if she wanted your money but was unwilling to help you throughout the experience. I would not recommend this to anyone.

They canceled our trip due to morning crew getting sick and have not recieved a refund. 3 weeks later still no refund.
