As far as I know, this is the lowest cost option for a half day of fishing in Miami. It was $45 per person for Florida residents including tackle, bait, and fish cleaning. That being said, expect a little bit of a crowd, and a few tangles. This is a party boat. You will drift and bottom fish. There were about 25 people on my trip, but it wasn't too bad. I arrived early and got a spot on the stern, so I wasn't right in the middle of the pack. I also fished on a Saturday morning. Apparently it is much less crowded during the week. If you want a private boat that will take you kite fishing for Sailfish, this isn't for you. For that kind of fishing you'll need to be prepared to spend $800 for a half day. If you want a 60' Viking Convertible (fancy Sportfishing yacht), this isn't for you. That will set you back $1200+. The Captain and mates were attentive and helpful. I didn't need coaching, but they stopped by to check on me regularly. I never had to sit around waiting on bait. I caught 4 fish and took Snapper fillets home for dinner. The only thing that disappointed me was the fact that 90% of the people got off of the boat without tipping the mates. That is poor fishing etiquette! If somebody takes care of you for 4 hours, take care of them. It isn't their fault you didn't catch a Sailfish. If you know what to expect, there is no reason why this won't be a fun day out on the water. Wet a line, have a beer, and if you're lucky, you'll take home dinner.

Its not because i am a local guy who lives around this boat and its crew, owner and clients is a blessing to me that i live here and go fishing regularly.we always catch more than any other party boats and perfectly located in the heart of the South Beach. what more to expect ... 3 trips a day ,parking, all included ,you get to see the shores of Miami beach and off course Fish!! Go and try it you definitely will have the best time !! Thumbs up to the Reward!!

5 of us boarded the boat eager to fish. Enjoyed the trip; captain moved several times to get to better sites. By the end of the trip, 4 of us had caught Bonita and 1 caught a large Snapper. Took fileted fish home for dinner that night. We took a large cooler with snacks and drinks. Sunscreen and hats are mandatory in the summer! The crew was very good and attentive. All of our fishing was "drift fishing" which I generally love. But our lines became tangled over and over again. The crew did a nice job of untangling them but that part was a negative for me.
