Staff was very accommodating with my family. We had a 9 month old baby with us and they made the experience amazing.

Honestly, went in thinking this would be a traditional and fun snorkeling experience, but this was not the case at all. If you want to go diving, go here by all means, but not if you want to Snorkeling. They were fairly unwelcoming and only really talked about the diving aspect, isolating the few snorkelers on this experience. Furthermore all these locations seems to be just for divers, not for snorkeling at all. I really expected better from these guys. Boat full of divers, as they made no effort to accommodate the snorkelers at all. If you want to go snorkeling, go somewhere else that actually cares about the more casual snorkeling experience, not here, where you’re treated invisible. If I could get a refund, I would.

We are so sorry to hear your snorkeling experience did not meet your expectations. We strive to be friendly, welcoming and inclusive to everyone, and are so disappointed to hear that we missed the mark for you and your group. We do run a mixed boat for both divers and snorkelers, and while some divers do need a little more assistance with all their gear and set up, we are so sorry that you ended up feeling invisible. That is definitely never our intention, we love to share the ocean with everyone! We will be sure to speak with our crew and share your feedback so we can improve for future trips. With regards to the locations we visit, the snorkel and dive shops here all visit the same reef locations from Carysfort and Elbow up in the north down to Molasses in the south. The reef system here is very shallow, snorkelers could even stand on the reef at its shallowest points (though this is definitely not allowed). The Captain usually briefs divers and snorkelers separately on the best direction to go - deeper for divers and shallower for snorkelers before declaring the "pool" to be open. There are very few sites that we visit that are deeper and not suitable for snorkelers, and we try to ensure that we warn any snorkelers booked on these trips before hand so we can either help them find another more suitable boat, or we do not visit those places when we have snorkelers on board. Thank you for your feedback, we will take it on board and strive to improve for our snorkelers on board. Peace, love, and diving, Cate
