This was our fourth trip to Seattle and have seen the Market, the Space Needle, etc. Our Shutter tour took us to Snoqualmie Falls, the Japanese Gardens, the Fremont Troll and the Ballard Locks with a short stop at a chocolate store. Lots of new sights and photo ops. We even saw blue herons and their nests at the Ballard Locks. An ideal tour for people who want something different than the usual city tour. Would recommend highly.

We loved this tour. My husband and I aren't even into photography but I booked this tour for us because of all the great places you go to like Snoqualmie Falls. We flew to Seattle and used public transportation or walked the entire trip so we would have never been able to go to a lot of these places without spending our whole day on a city bus. My husband had a simple point and shoot camera but Terry our guide showed him how to use it properly and how to take different types of shots. He turned my husband into a photo taking junkie! Lunch was provided-yummy food from Pike Place Market. Our driver Dan was great too!

I am a traveler and a photographer at heart, and combining those two things is my passion. I only had 3 days in Seattle, and I am so happy I spent on of those days with Shutter Tours. I did the Snoqualmie Falls tour, and we saw so much of the beautiful areas around Seattle and hot spots in the city that are not so easy to get to on your own, especially in one day. In addition, the photography instruction was excellent. It is good for people at any level. Basic concepts were re-enforced, and I also learned a lot. And lunch was delicious! Because it is a group tour, this is also fun for a solo traveler.
