What To Expect

Wailua River State Park

Paddle the majestic Wailua River for 2 miles each way (4 miles total round trip), original home of the first Hawaiians, who paddled 1500 miles from the Marquesas Islands to Kaua`i almost 1500 years ago. Hear the legends and learn about the flora and fauna of Kauai`s most sacred area.

Secret Falls (Uluwehi Falls)

After hiking 1 1/4 miles through the rain forest our guides will take clients to Secret Falls also known as Uluwehi Falls. This beautiful waterfall cascades 110 feet into a refreshing swimming hole, where they can go for a dip and enjoy a terrific lunch! You will then hike 1 1/4 miles back to your kayak (2 1/2 miles of hiking round trip) Bring Closed Toed Shoes / Reef shoes / Teeva Style Sandals

Our family of 5 had a great time. Our teenage boys were able to kayak together and learn how to be "Nice" to each other. Thanks to our guide and his instructions. Our guide also had a great sense of humor and entertained us with his jokes. He also taught us about plants and some history from from our hike. The trail was not bad at all. We have been on this tour about 2 years ago and they have done and amazing job in fixing it. Of course the waterfall was amazing and had refreshing water. We were able to take some amazing pictures. Our lunch was also very good since it was bought from the supermarket. Don't forget the pineapple :) Thank you for yet another epic tour!

We did the 7 am kayak, hike and waterfall tour with Thomas. He was an excellent guide—fun and super knowledgeable. We were able to get out before the crowds and had an awesome time. Highly recommend!
